Do I need my own AI/ML team already?
No. Most clients don't have one — that's the point of the engagement. We scope, build, and document the automation so your existing team can run and extend it afterward.
Project or retainer — how do you decide?
A single, well-defined automation is usually a fixed-price project. Ongoing extension, monitoring, or multiple workflows over time is better suited to a retainer.
